My stay at the hotel had a lot of potential due to its convenient location, but the condition of the property was disappointing. Although the room had some redeemable features, the cleanliness and overall maintenance left much to be desired. The staff tried their best, but the issues overshadowed their efforts. If the management focused on renovations and cleanliness, this hotel could be a great choice for visitors.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the hotel's location is absolutely perfect for exploring the area and getting to the ski tram, the accommodations themselves felt very much in need of an update. The rooms were dated and the overall experience was marred by noise and maintenance issues. Fortunately, the mattress was comfortable and I appreciated the free parking.

I had the opportunity to stay here unexpectedly due to some flooding. Initially hesitant, I ended up being pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms were modern but showed some signs of wear, while the location was ideal for exploring Gatlinburg. However, some amenities need attention, especially considering potential guests looking for more upscale options.

The rooms were clean and had a nice, new flat screen TV. However, there were a few maintenance issues like a hole in the wall and some tiles in the shower that were falling in.

I just wrapped up a three-night stay at this hotel, and I appreciated the large, clean room and comfortable bed. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore everything Gatlinburg has to offer. However, the hotel appears a bit worn, especially in areas like the pool, which was closed during my visit. The breakfast options were pretty basic but good for a quick bite. Overall, if they made some upgrades, this hotel could be even better.
