5.0/10

My stay at the hotel had a lot of potential due to its convenient location, but the condition of the property was disappointing. Although the room had some redeemable features, the cleanliness and overall maintenance left much to be desired. The staff tried their best, but the issues overshadowed their efforts. If the management focused on renovations and cleanliness, this hotel could be a great choice for visitors.

Rooms
5.0
The room was quite rundown with mold and mildew present. It had a bad smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in for long periods.
Service

The staff was helpful and did what they could, but it felt like their efforts were not enough to compensate for the overall state of the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the hotel's location is absolutely perfect for exploring the area and getting to the ski tram, the accommodations themselves felt very much in need of an update. The rooms were dated and the overall experience was marred by noise and maintenance issues. Fortunately, the mattress was comfortable and I appreciated the free parking.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was old and tired with thin, wrinkled carpet and a rusty sink. However, it was clean overall.
Service
6.0
I found the staff to be friendly, but unfortunately, there seemed to be a lack of upkeep during my stay.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location cannot be beaten, just a half block from the ski tram and near great restaurants.
Dining

I did not have dining options mentioned in this review, but the proximity to local eateries was a plus.
Facilities
5.0
While there were basic amenities such as parking, the hotel felt cramped and in need of more maintenance.

My stay at Reagan Resorts Inn was a mixed bag. The rooms were mostly clean and decent for the price, but I was disappointed with some aspects of maintenance and the breakfast options. The location is great for exploring the area, but the cleanliness and service during breakfast left something to be desired. Overall, it's an affordable choice if you're looking for somewhere to rest your head while visiting.

8.0/10

I had the opportunity to stay here unexpectedly due to some flooding. Initially hesitant, I ended up being pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms were modern but showed some signs of wear, while the location was ideal for exploring Gatlinburg. However, some amenities need attention, especially considering potential guests looking for more upscale options.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean and had a nice, new flat screen TV. However, there were a few maintenance issues like a hole in the wall and some tiles in the shower that were falling in.

Although the pool was closed during our stay, the area looked clean and inviting. It could use some upgrades to match guest expectations.

7.2/10

I just wrapped up a three-night stay at this hotel, and I appreciated the large, clean room and comfortable bed. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore everything Gatlinburg has to offer. However, the hotel appears a bit worn, especially in areas like the pool, which was closed during my visit. The breakfast options were pretty basic but good for a quick bite. Overall, if they made some upgrades, this hotel could be even better.

Rooms
7.0
The room was large and clean with a comfortable bed, though it did show some wear and tear.

Location

The pool area was closed and looked in need of a major update, with cracked tiles and peeling paint.
